The management was doing a nice job. Large restaurant not far from the hotel...
-
The privacy and feeling of being at home in the large room with couches and kitchen area.
The pool area was crowded and could be better designed or layed out.

I liked the room layout. We gambled and chose the Deluxe room. There was no mention of the difference. It wasn't until I arrived and asked, the Deluxe room gives you nearly twice the square footage (744 sqft I believe). Our Deluxe room had a dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, seating area and fold out sofa bed. The room was well decorated, and had a great view. There was a bagel place, subway, abc, and a liquor store directly below us. The staff was extremely inviting, and I really felt they cared about each guest.
Only one toilet but 4 sinks! Two showers, well decorated but the glass shower leaked on the floor. This was not a big deal, we simply used the other shower. The room is insulated from sound, except from within the suite, you can hear the bathroom activities quite clearly.

Very clean hotel and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We got in late at night, and they suggested a place close by for dinner, the little shop close by for late night snacks/water, and let my kids know that the pool was open until 11:00 pm so that they could get a quick swim in that night when they overheard my boys talking to each other about the pool. I would definitely stay again at this hotel, and will look for other BlueGreen Club hotels when staying in other cities in the future.

I absolutely loved the room. Everything in it was modern and new. The bed was extremely comfortable it was hard to get out of in the morning. The full size kitchen and laundry room(in the suite!) were amazing but we didn't get to use them because of our short stay :( I only wish we would've used the room more it was that awesome!
-
I was surprised that it was a suite, including kitchenette and sitting area. We only needed a place for a short overnight before heading to the airport, but I wished I could have stayed longer in a hotel like this. I will definitley seek out your other locations in the future.
In the Las Vegas location, it was very close to the airport, which affected the sunbathing porch (noise/fumes). It is not within comfortable walking distance to the strip, but I did read that the hotel offers a shuttle.

I loved how the staff went out of there way. Helped opened doors, just a really nice! Our hotel was beautiful! Had everything new flat screens to showers a tub just really nice! Was all hooked up w everything u need u have everything u need in this hotel subway, liquor stores, pizza and bars!

Nice suite, reasonable rates, excellent customer service
Parking was awful, one time we were sleeping in and the housekeeping staff was blasting music and singing along (badly) in the next room. Fortunately, a call to the front desk made it stop shortly. I heard the airplanes a couple of times, but it wasn't as bad as some people said it had been during their experience.

I liked how it was very clean and it's a non smoking place. I like how it's away from the stip. The staff was super nice, didn't bother us at all! I would def. refer this place to everyone I know

Price and quality were fantastic
I thought the computer system used for registration was outdated. There were lots of re-keying of the same customer information making the process slower than normal

Bluegreen Club 36 is located approx 1 .5 miles from the Strip and allows you to relax away from the crowds. They provide a shuttle service that drops you at the main locations during main hours. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to airport.

Everything was according to expected. The rooms were big and clean and staff was nice.
The only 2 things I wasn't thrilled about were the towels and bedding. The towel felt harsh on the skin and the bedding sheets could be of better quality. The pillows weren't great either.
-
comfortable, roomy
There is nothing at the hotel except the pool. The shuttle drops people off at 4 locations on the strip, but there is no pick up, so taxis become very expensive. The shuttle starts too late to be useful to use it to go to meetings at the strip hotels.

The staff was very helpfull and polite. It was very clean.
I absolutely hated the parking layout.

Excellent value. Enjoyed having a small condo v just a hotel room. Convenience of shops in the same plaza.
No windows in the living room/kitchen area. No full length mirror.
